FAIRCRETE SBR is based on styrene butadiene latex supplied as ready to use bonding agent in liquid consistency. It is used for repair of spalled concrete & as waterproofing. It reduces shrinkage and prevents cracking.
Uses:

01) Bonding agent – As a bonding agent for uses in repair and plastering.
02) Waterproofing – Small roof terraces, sunken slabs, chajja, balconies, etc.
04) Concrete repair- For making polymer mortar for repairs mortars etc.
05) For cladding – Fixing or refixing of slip bricks, tiles, etc.
06) As bonding slurry coat for pinhole treatment on concrete surface.
